SHIPPING
Orders are dispatched from Australia. We Aim to ship orders within 1-2 days of payment.
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs, peak periods and other circumstances outside our control.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with your order where tracking is available.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs charges. Unless expressly stated as included at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
ORDERS
Please check your order carefully before completing checkout.
Once an order has entered processing or has been dispatched, we may not be able to change or cancel it.
Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing errors, stock errors or unauthorised purchasing activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the affected amount will be refunded.
RETURNS
Unless otherwise stated on a product page, we do not offer returns or exchanges simply because you changed your mind, selected the wrong size or no longer want an item.
This does not affect any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Australian customers are protected by the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.
UK customers purchasing online generally have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their order. Additional information is contained in our Full Terms & Conditions.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee or mandatory legal requirement, contact us and we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.
LIMITED RELEASES
Some Pro Gram products are produced or released in limited quantities.
Where purchase limits apply, we reserve the right to cancel orders that exceed those limits or that we reasonably believe have been placed to circumvent them.
Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted.
BOTS & AUTOMATED PURCHASING
Automated purchasing software, bots or other methods designed to unfairly circumvent purchasing limits or interfere with the normal operation of the Site are not permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary and permitted by law.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent our products, including their colours, construction, sizing and measurements.
Colours may appear differently depending on your screen or device. Minor variations may also occur between individual garments or production runs.

GIFT CARDS
Pro Gram gift cards are redeemable online in accordance with the conditions displayed when purchased.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
